Enzo Zarza; \u201cExtracci\u00f3n de pigmentos a partir de flores\u201d por los Univ. Saidi Viveros y Maida Ferreira; \u201cFideo libre de Gluten\u201d a cargo de la Ing. E.H. Daisy Ch\u00e1vez y el Ing. Aal Reimundo Delgado; y \u201cCerveza Casera\u201d por la Ing. Agr. M\u00f3nica Gavil\u00e1n, Ing. E.H. Claudio Moreno y la Ing.
