Las partes se comprometen a: Cooperar rec\u00edprocamente en la ejecuci\u00f3n operativa de agendas de trabajos aprobadas, para el cumplimiento de los compromisos establecidos; facilitar la coordinaci\u00f3n de los proyectos, las infraestructuras y los recursos humanos disponibles para el normal desarrollo de los proyectos y la transferencia de conocimiento, el intercambio y la difusi\u00f3n de datos, informaciones y experiencias, e informaciones cient\u00edficas, productos del presente acuerdo, respetando todos los derechos intelectuales y de confidencialidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Suscribieron los documentos, por la FCA\/UNA el Prof. Dr. Jorge Daniel Gonz\u00e1lez Villalba, Decano, y por la Asociaci\u00f3n de Criadores de Raza Pampa Chaque\u00f1o la Dra.
