en el contexto global y local, presentaron cifras de producci\u00f3n, comercio y desperdicio en el sistema alimentario y su valoraci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica en el mundo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, la conferencia incluy\u00f3 la importancia de la cultura y el ambiente local para la toma de decisiones sobre la producci\u00f3n, la distribuci\u00f3n y el consumo de alimentos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El objetivo de esta conferencia fue \u201cconversar con el sector acad\u00e9mico sobre los sistemas alimentarios y su relaci\u00f3n con la crisis clim\u00e1tica en el contexto global y local\u201d, de la misma participaron docentes, profesionales, estudiantes y organizaciones de la sociedad civil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este evento fue organizado por la Carrera Ingenier\u00eda en Ecolog\u00eda Humana de la
