aprovechamiento de frutas y hortalizas, la Facultad de Ciencias Agrarias de la Universidad Nacional de Asunci\u00f3n, FCA\/UNA, Filial Caazap\u00e1 llev\u00f3 a cabo la II Edici\u00f3n de la Expo Fruti-Hort\u00edcola y sus derivados, el pasado 12 de noviembre en el Sal\u00f3n Multiuso de la Filial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped constituy\u00f3 en un encuentro entre diferentes actores de la sociedad, para demostrar las diversas formas de procesamiento y aprovechamiento de los productos, cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de estudiantes de la mayor\u00eda de los semestres de la Carrera Ingenier\u00eda Agron\u00f3mica de la Filial, as\u00ed como de Docentes Investigadores, t\u00e9cnicos, funcionarios, representantes de Cooperativas e invitados especiales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La asignaturas involucradas de la Carrera Ingenier\u00eda Agron\u00f3mica en esta Expo son: Procesamiento de Frutas y Hortalizas (7\u00b0 semestre) y Fruticultura y Cultivo de Hortalizas sin suelo (semestres 9\u00b0), Orientaci\u00f3n Producci\u00f3n Agr\u00edcola.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este proyecto de extensi\u00f3n universitaria fue presentado por la Ing. Agr. Blanca Beatriz Alonso Gim\u00e9nez y el Ing. Agr. Armado Rub\u00e9n Santacruz Toledo como creadores, el Ing. Agr. Ernesto Miguel Ortellado Cabrera y la Ing. Agr. Blanca Noemi Benegas Rol\u00f3n como organizadores, el Ing. Agr. Marcos Fabian Sanabria y la Ing. Agr.
