Elianne Amarilla Guirland, m\u00e9dica del \u00c1rea de Salud de la FCA\/UNA, fue la facilitadora del Conversatorio, que desarroll\u00f3 los siguientes temas: los \u00f3rganos blancos:&nbsp; como el coraz\u00f3n, los vasos sangu\u00edneos, los ri\u00f1ones y otros \u00f3rganos son afectados por la hipertensi\u00f3n arterial; factores de riesgo para la hipertensi\u00f3n &#8211; No modificables y Modificables; prevenci\u00f3n de la hipertensi\u00f3n: Alimentaci\u00f3n saludable, actividad f\u00edsica, evitar el tabaquismo y limitar el consumo de alcohol; combinaciones de medicamentos para la hipertensi\u00f3n no controlada; y la importancia de consultar con un m\u00e9dico y las consecuencias de no hacerlo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Conversatorio, del que participaron docentes y funcionarios, tuvo la finalidad de promover la prevenci\u00f3n, y el control de la hipertensi\u00f3n arterial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El mismo, fue organizado por la FCA\/UNA a trav\u00e9s de la Direcci\u00f3n de Talento Humano y el Departamento de Desarrollo y Bienestar de Personas a fin de dar continuidad al Plan de Capacitaci\u00f3n y Formaci\u00f3n para el a\u00f1o 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nota y fotograf\u00edas: Ana Valiente Villalba<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lunes, 26 de mayo de 2025<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En conmemoraci\u00f3n al D\u00eda Mundial de la Hipertensi\u00f3n Arterial, se desarroll\u00f3 el Conversatorio Hipertensi\u00f3n Arterial en la Facultad de Ciencias Agrarias de la Universidad Nacional de Asunci\u00f3n, FCA\/UNA, el pasado viernes 23 de mayo a partir de las 9:00 h en el Sal\u00f3n de Conferencias de la Biblioteca.
