Abstract With the objetive to evaluate the quality of fruit Tahití Lime (Citrus latifolia Tanaka) over differents rootstocks, the experiment has been made between march 25 at april 23 of 2004, at the laboratory of the Departament of Agricultural Production, Faculty Science Agrarian, National University of the Asunción. The used desing was divided parcels in the time, with four different trataments and repited five. The trataments used was: 1) Tahití lime/ Rough lemon, 2) Tahití lime/ Cleopatra mandarin, 3) Tahití lime/ Sunki mandarin, 4) Tahití lime/ Rangpur lime. The variables studied was: diameter, weight, juice and residue percentage, solid soluble contents acidity remarks and index of maturity «Ratio». Between the four trataments, the tratament that show more influence about fruit such and weight was the Cleopatra mandarin. About the juice percentage was the lime Rangpur in 51, 3%, and about the solid soluble contents the sunki mandarin was that present the greater value. |

Resumen Con el objetivo de evaluar la calidad de fruto de la Lima Tahití (Citrus latifolia Tanaka) sobre diferentes portainjertos, se realizó el experimento en el periodo comprendido entre el 25 de marzo al 23 de abril de 2004, en el laboratorio del Departamento de Producción Agrícola de la Facultad de Ciencias Agrarias de la Universidad Nacional de Asunción, situado en el Campus Universitario en la ciudad de San Lorenzo. El diseño utilizado fue el de Parcelas Divididas en el tiempo, con cuatro tratamientos y cinco repeticiones. Los tratamientos utilizados fueron: 1) Lima tahití/ limón Rugoso, 2) Lima tahití/ mandarina Cleopatra, 3) Lima tahití/ mandarina Sunki, 4) Lima tahití/ lima Rangpur. Las variables estudiadas fueron: diámetro, peso, porcentaje de jugo y de bagazo, contenido en sólidos solubles, acidez titulable e índice de maduración «Ratio». Entre los cuatro tratamientos el que presentó mayor influencia sobre el tamaño y peso del fruto fue la mandarina Cleopatra. Con relación al porcentaje de jugo el que mayor influencia presentó fue la lima Rangpur (51,3%) y en lo que respecta al contenido en sólidos solubles, la mandarina Sunki fue la que presentó los mayores valores. |
