ARTÍCULO CIENTÍFICO EFECTO DEL ÁCIDO-3-INDOL BUTÍRICO EN EL ENRAIZAMIENTO DE ESQUEJES DE «JAGUARETE KA’A» Bacharis trimera Less DC. 1 María M.Cabello V.2

Abstract With the objective of determining the effect of the indol butyric acid (IBA) in the rooting of cutting of «jaguarete ka’a» (Bacharis trimera (Less) DC.) an experiment was carried out in the propagator of the College of Agricultural Science of the National University of Asuncion. The doses of IBA studied were 0, 250, 500, 750 and 1000 mg/L. The treatments were disposed completely at random with four repetitions. The substrate used was the compost of sugarcane waste. The trays were located in the propagator with intermittent mist watering system. The evaluation was carried out thirty days after the application of the treatment. The different doses of applied auxina increased the number of rooting of cutting but there was not significant difference with relationship to the control group. The cuttings of «jaguarete ka’a» take root easily in 86,6 % without application of IBA. Moreover, the application of IAB did not improved the quality of the radicular system of the cuttings. |

Resumen Con el objetivo de determinar el efecto del ácido-3- indolbutírico AIB en el enraizamiento de esquejes de «jaguarete ka’a» se realizó un experimento en el propagador de la Facultad de Ciencias Agrarias de la Universidad Nacional de Asunción. Se estudiaron dosis crecientes de AIB 0, 250, 500, 750 y 1000 mg/l. Los tratamientos fueron dispuestos en un diseño completamente al azar, con cuatro repeticiones. El sustrato utilizado fue compost preparado con bagazo de caña de azúcar y estiércol vacuno en una proporción de 1:1. Las bandejas se ubicaron en el propagador con riego por nebulización intermitente. La evaluación se realizó a los treinta días. La aplicación de AIB no aumentó significativamente el porcentaje de esquejes enraizados. Se constató que los esquejes del testigo enraízan con facilidad en un 86,6%. Tampoco hubo efecto significativo del AIB con relación a la calidad del sistema radicular de los esquejes. |
